Diy Wood Slice Winter Scene

The past couple of days I’ve been listening to Christmas music like it’s my job. Even though there’s no snow on the ground yet, I’m making sure I’m getting in the holiday spirit & Christmas music does exactly that. Since the snow is taking it’s time to appear, I decided to make my own little winter scene on a wood slice & I wish I could shrink down to miniature size & enjoy this little winter scene.

Our city recently got a Michael’s & I go in there about as many times as I do Hobby Lobby & Target, which is a lot! On one of my many trips to Michael’s I came across this cute little house & I instantly thought of the wood slice I came across & then spotted the little trees & it just all started to come together.

This was probably the easiest diy ever & I’m going to the store tomorrow so I can make another one, I’m a little obsessed & I also have another cloche to use which gives me a good excuse to make one more, haha. I set the trees & house in different areas until I liked where everything was & then I used my hot glue gun & glued them down. After that, I put glue in different areas & on trees & then poured epsom salt on top & let it dry. That’s all there is to it & then you have the prettiest little winter scene. What do you think of the wood slice winter scene? Let me know in the comments below! As always, thanks for stopping by!
